Honor the Ancestors

We are entering into a window of liminality this season with the celebrations of All Hallow's Eve, Samhain, Dia de los Muertos, All Souls' Day.  This is a powerful time to engage in ceremony and ritual, a time of honoring the Ancestors and reflecting upon what has come before us. 

Building an ancestor altar (to our human and/or non-human ancestors) is a beautiful practice of connection during this time.  In honor of this, I'm making garlands of bright marigold blooms, which can be an addition to your altars, an offering to the spirits of the ancestors.
